Evolution
So I’m still reading that book, Language of God, and I must say that it makes decent sense now. I mean, I still find accepting evolution as a valid creation mechanism difficult, but some of my doubts about it are answered. I just don’t see how it the Genesis creation story would even be a nonliteral depiction of evolution. There’s a clear sense of timeflow and order, and I’m pretty sure that the evolutionary story is unable to follow Genesis’ depiction of things. Either way, it’s an interesting read.
